Job Description
Senior Software Developer building and integrating Creatio CRM and business-process automation solutions for Spectrum One’s enterprise clients. Customizing Classic and Freedom UI with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize CRM and business process automation solutions on the Creatio platform
- Build custom sections, pages, objects, and details across Creatio Studio, Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Build Freedom UI pages using declarative view and view model configuration, request handlers, converters, and validators
- Maintain Classic UI schemas and migrate Classic sections to Freedom UI as clients upgrade
- Model and optimize BPMN business processes
- Build DCM cases and debug production process behavior using the process log
- Write C# against the Creatio server API, including EntitySchemaQuery, Terrasoft.Core.DB.Select, entity event listeners, and custom configuration services
- Design and implement Creatio integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, OData 4, and OAuth 2.0
- Address integration retry behavior, idempotency, and error handling
- Write SQL for analysis, reconciliation, and data migration
- Plan and execute data imports into Creatio Cloud environments using platform tooling
- Package and promote changes across development, staging, and production environments
- Manage package dependencies and bound data
- Troubleshoot failed package installations
- Test work before release
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration contracts
- Work approximately 80% on building, with the remainder covering deployment, documentation, and support
Requirements:
- 4+ years of total experience in the IT industry
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing the Creatio platform
- Working knowledge of both Creatio Classic UI and Freedom UI
- Strong C# and .NET skills
- JavaScript for client-side development
- Proven integration experience with REST and SOAP services, OData, and JSON or XML payloads
- Solid SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server for analysis and data migration
- Must be available from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM Philippine time for communication, collaboration, or scheduled meetings
- Preferred: Creatio certifications
- Preferred: Clio, WorkspaceConsole, or another approach to automated Creatio package deployment
- Preferred: Git or SVN and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Preferred: Creatio access rights modeling, including organizational and functional roles and record-level permissions
- Preferred: Angular experience
- Preferred: Creatio Mobile customization
- Preferred: Creatio.ai work, including AI agents and custom LLM configuration
- Preferred: Agile or Scrum delivery experience
