Job Description
Senior Salesforce developer architecting secure, scalable enterprise solutions for MetroStar, a technology services company. Leading integrations, technical standards, architecture, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions in a regulated enterprise environment
- Lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative capabilities
- Architect solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Implement and maintain REST/SOAP API, middleware, and platform-event integrations
- Design data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls
- Define development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches
- Troubleshoot advanced performance, integration, and production issues across environments
- Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Make architectural and technical decisions and provide recommendations to leadership
- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management
- Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance efforts
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Master's degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR bachelor's degree and 12+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams
- Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
