Job Description
Desenvolvedor backend sênior criando soluções escaláveis para a plataforma bancária da Fineasy Tech. Liderando arquitetura, qualidade técnica, documentação e resolução de incidentes de produção.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the definition of technical solutions, evaluating architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and system-wide impacts
- Identify risks, technical debt, opportunities for evolution, and architectural improvements
- Define and promote best practices for development, unit and integration testing, acceptance criteria, code review, and observability
- Support the team in building robust and reliable solutions
- Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of technical documentation, including architecture, integrations, and API contracts
- Act as a technical reference in the analysis and resolution of production incidents
- Conduct root cause analyses, support decision-making in critical scenarios, and propose preventive actions and structural improvements
Requirements:
- Experience with OOP, SOLID, design patterns, software design patterns, and industry-standard architectures
- Experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs
- Experience with C# and .NET 8 or later, and data access using Dapper
- Experience with transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB
- Experience creating and managing queues using RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Experience with distributed caching using Redis
- Experience managing releases, version control with GitLab, and CI/CD practices
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments
- Practical experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure and/or AWS
- Knowledge of task management systems, preferably Jira
