Job Description
Senior Software Developer building SaaS clinical-trial applications for Endpoint’s life-sciences technology platform. Designing product features, resolving defects, and architecting integrated mobile and web solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement product features
- Resolve product defects
- Innovate elegant solutions to complex, industry-specific challenges
- Lead and architect SaaS-driven software solutions
- Deliver integrated mobile and web-based applications
- Understand individual product requirements for future product release development and innovation
- Make front-end and back-end modifications and enhancements across the system
- Interact with designers, project managers, and testing teams regarding application usability, features, and performance
- Interpret wireframes and requirements documents into technical solutions
- Work on projects from product requirements through launch, including code review, unit testing, testing, and deployment
- Thoroughly document work to meet company SOPs, audit requirements, peer training, and peer code review
- Evangelize emerging technologies and intelligently integrate them into the product suite
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience with system design and development of web applications
- Strong experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS
- Professional experience with Visual Studio 2012 and above
- Experience with MVC framework
- Experience writing database-driven ASP.NET applications; .NET 4.0+ required
- Experience developing REST web services using C# .NET and ASP.NET
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ
- JavaScript development experience using Angular.js, jQuery, Kendo UI, or similar
- Ability to use unit-testing tools and embrace test-driven development
- Experience debugging and profiling ASP.NET applications
- Experience with object-oriented design patterns
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with SCM platforms such as Subversion and TFS
- Technical project experience analyzing, documenting, and designing software system architectures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
- Secure application development, mobile application development, and user experience design experience are a plus
- Strong attention to detail
