Job Description
Engenheiro de Software Sênior supervisionando sistemas bancários e soluções de crédito no PagBank. Avaliando projetos, APIs, homologações e melhorias de processos.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee system performance.
- Analyze solutions.
- Provide support to the engineering team and business users.
- Understand business objectives and needs, contributing to the project discovery phase with business stakeholders to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate vendor-proposed solutions for requested projects.
- Support the team and other internal departments in fulfilling requests, resolving potential questions and issues.
- Evaluate processes and propose continuous improvements to routines and workflows.
- Support project acceptance testing with users through deployment to the production environment, resolving questions, analyzing issues, and, when necessary, escalating them to the vendor through support tickets.
- Track and develop metrics to measure project effectiveness.
- Design and map departmental processes and create activity manuals, keeping them up to date.
- Maintain process control routines and proactively report to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in the team’s Agile ceremonies and those of the Development teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of financial mathematics.
- Experience in credit operations.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience creating and validating user acceptance test plans.
- Knowledge of banking systems, particularly INSS and Portability products.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience using and creating APIs.
- Ability to manage Função workflows.
- Knowledge of payroll-deducted loans and Função systems.
