Job Description
Quality Assurance Analyst at Quality Digital implementing and improving test strategies for software quality. Collaborating with teams and enhancing testing efficiency with AI.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure and evolve the testing strategy and architecture (environments, test data and scenarios)
- Design and execute test scenarios (functional, integration, API and performance)
- Validate requirements and acceptance criteria, supporting analysis and refinement with the team
- Identify, log and track defects (bugs) through resolution
- Monitor releases/deployments, ensuring delivery quality in production
- Create and maintain test documentation, manuals and supporting materials, contributing to knowledge management
- Generate and monitor quality metrics and reports, supporting continuous product improvement
- Perform UI/layout testing, ensuring adherence to requirements and user experience
- Collaborate with developers, Product Manager and Tech Lead in building solutions
- Provide support to development and QA teams, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Support test automation and CI/CD integration
- Operate within an augmented-efficiency model, using AI tools to improve productivity and quality
Requirements:
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Knowledge of functional, integration, API and performance testing
- Ability to analyze requirements and validate business rules
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/PL-SQL) for data validation
- Familiarity with .NET and/or Delphi environments
- Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps or similar)
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Analytical skills, attention to detail and strong organization
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience or familiarity with test automation and the use of AI applied to quality
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
