Job Description
Senior Solution Consultant guiding customers through Neptune's platform and solutions. Collaborating closely with account teams and customers to develop innovative solutions addressing real-world challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with account teams and customers
- Lead the technical and solution discovery workstreams
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demos, proof-of-values, and discovery workshops
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers
- Build and maintain deep subject matter expertise across Neptune’s platform
- Create high quality documentation, presentations, and other resources to support sales efforts
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback
- Occasionally represent Neptune at marketing events
Requirements:
- Strong technical foundation
- Solid background or working knowledge of SAP
- Deep understanding of technology, particularly in areas such as process improvement, integrations, automation and UI/UX
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Compelling communication skills
- Strong consultative skills and judgement
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proactive and results-driven
- Solid understanding of Neptune’s platform or ability to quickly acquire and master this knowledge
- Foundational knowledge on MEDDPPIC, value-based selling or command of the message is a bonus
