Job Description
Senior Solution Consultant deploying Kinaxis Maestro supply-chain software for U.S. customers. Leading complex configurations, workshops, planning optimization, and consultant mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements discovery sessions for advanced-complexity implementations, multi-phase workstreams, and broad-scope projects
- Partner with Solution Architects on process design and technical direction of complex configurations
- Execute advanced product configurations according to customer needs and approved solution architecture
- Act as the first escalation level and oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration issues
- Apply mathematical models, optimization techniques, and artificial intelligence algorithms to complex supply chain planning scenarios
- Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation
- Lead complex deployment workshops, training and guiding customers on configured solutions and value realization
- Provide technical leadership and recommendations to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants
- Guide and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide consulting services and leadership during deployment of Maestro supply chain software
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of in-depth experience in software implementation or deployment within supply chain planning or supply chain execution, or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a functional leadership capacity for system configuration or system deployments
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Self-starter able to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven leadership skills within a team and successful track record with customers and executive sponsors
- Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on application of supply chain best practices related to forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling
- Ability to lead complex business requirements gathering sessions
- Experience with Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript
- Open to travel 25% on average and 50% occasionally
- Ability to work effectively remotely from client sites
