Job Description

Senior Sourcer responsible for driving candidate sourcing and generation process for manufacturing roles. Supporting multiple recruiters managing requisition loads across various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients
  • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
  • Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels
  • Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members
  • Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites.
  • Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions
  • Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description
  • Assist with job requisition / description development
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
  • Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions
  • ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance
  • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
  • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
  • Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
  • Resume conversion and application maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven success developing sourcing strategies for niche manufacturing roles.
  • Must have experience handling requisition load of 50-75+
  • Must have experience sourcing for up to 12 different locations at one time.
  • Must reside in the Central time zone with the ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones.
  • Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, to include contact lists, internal and external databases, meet ups/blogs, cold calling, and research.
  • Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions
  • Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time
  • Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies
  • Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
  • Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
  • Diplomatic and tactful communication style
