Job Description
Senior Consultant delivering SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking solutions at DyFlex. Collaborating with clients and teams to implement high-quality HR solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to gather, analyse, and validate client requirements
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions
- Provide expert guidance on time management best practices and solution capabilities
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, testing scripts, and project documentation
- Support data migration, integration design, and end-to-end testing activities
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments and industry trends
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking
- Strong knowledge of workforce management, leave management, attendance, and time recording processes
- Experience leading workshops and managing client stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Time solutions
- Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed project teams
- Nice to have: Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in: Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, ECP, or third-party payroll systems
- Consulting experience within professional services or system integrator environments
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
