Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead high-complexity functional and technical analyses for the enhancement and implementation of financial systems and solutions, translating business needs into system solutions and assessing impacts, dependencies, integrations, and risks
- Act as a subject matter expert in supporting critical systems and integrations, conducting analyses of complex incidents and problems, identifying root causes, and proposing structural solutions that promote stability, availability, and resilience
- Propose and lead system improvements and enhancements with an end-to-end perspective, assessing processes, business rules, integrations, architecture, and cross-system impacts while pursuing efficiency, scalability, and solution sustainability
- Ensure the functional and technical consistency and quality of solutions by anticipating risks, supporting the definition of acceptance and user acceptance testing criteria, and monitoring deliveries from conception through production implementation and stabilization
- Serve as a reference for system documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, and dependencies remain up to date, while also providing technical support and guidance to other squad members
Requirements:
- Strong experience in the financial/banking sector, preferably with payroll-linked loan products, Função credit systems, credit origination, loan formalization, credit workflows, or integrations with partners and external services
- Strong experience as a Systems Analyst, working with medium- and high-complexity solutions from understanding business needs through specification, implementation, support, and enhancement
- Experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects and initiatives, with the ability to map impacts, dependencies, risks, and integrations across different solutions and areas
- Proficiency in preparing functional and technical specifications, including business rules, end-to-end workflows, integrations, API contracts, data mapping, and documentation required for development, user acceptance testing, and support
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle/PL/SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and investigation of incidents and inconsistencies
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations, with the ability to analyze contracts, payloads, authentication, error handling, dependencies, and cross-system impacts
- Experience with API analysis and testing tools such as Postman or similar, with the ability to provide technical support during the investigation of integration issues
- Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, messaging, and asynchronous processing
- Experience working in agile environments and on cross-functional squads
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
