Job Description
Remote recruiter managing full-cycle talent acquisition for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO. Building candidate pipelines and delivering client-focused hiring experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support a key client's business needs through talent acquisition
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes
- Market, screen, and present candidates for opportunities
- Improve sourcing strategies and build a growing, diverse candidate pipeline
- Conduct creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Build relationships through social networks and industry communities
- Screen and assess candidates and advocate for them in career opportunities
- Remove barriers and provide candidates with information and tools for successful employment
- Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and the world of work
- Educate clients on local market, labor, and workforce management dynamics
- Own workload, meet performance metrics, and deliver on commitments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technology skills
- Knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills, and knowledge
- Ability to use sourcing strategies, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Ability to screen and assess candidates
- Ability to understand local market, labor, and workforce management dynamics
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be able to deliver against performance targets and commitments
