Job Description
Senior Talent Partner recruiting corporate and business-function talent for STARK, a defence technology company building autonomous unmanned systems. Advising leaders across European hiring markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across an assigned portfolio of Corporate & Business Functions, from initial hiring need through offer acceptance
- Act as the primary Talent Partner to functional leaders, providing recommendations on hiring strategy, talent availability, compensation, location, and candidate profiles
- Partner with hiring managers to define business needs, challenge role requirements, and establish search priorities
- Provide market intelligence and recruiting data on talent availability, competitiveness, and hiring trade-offs
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across European talent markets
- Own pipeline health and hiring outcomes, identifying risks and bottlenecks and implementing mitigation plans
- Drive structured and objective assessment processes and coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain operational discipline across Greenhouse and workforce planning processes, ensuring accurate data, documentation, and timely communication
- Contribute to Talent projects, process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and new site or organisational build-outs
Requirements:
- Strong experience as an in-house Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruiter, ideally within a fast-growing or complex organisation
- Experience recruiting across Corporate, Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Executive Support, or other Business Functions
- Demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end hiring portfolio with limited day-to-day supervision
- Proven ability to partner credibly with senior leaders and challenge hiring decisions constructively when required
- Track record of translating market intelligence, candidate data, and recruiting insights into clear recommendations for hiring managers
- Strong judgement and the ability to independently resolve risks and require escalation
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities and experience building talent pipelines across European markets
- Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- High standards on operational discipline, follow-through, and recruiting data quality
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively with both candidates and senior internal stakeholders
- Fluent German and English is required
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position
