Job Description
Senior Technical Consultant implementing Candescent’s Terafina banking platform. Configuring Salesforce solutions, integrations, and customizations for financial institutions remotely in Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Work on Terafina implementation projects, configuring, building customizations, and integrations
- Solve customer requirements within product boundaries through configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Collaborate with team leads, Salesforce developers, UI developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver according to the project plan
- Participate in customer and partner interactions for requirements and solutioning, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT fixes and management, live cutover, and transition support
- Train and guide newly onboarded Salesforce developers on Terafina configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Serve as a contact point for the Terafina support team regarding delivery issues reported by customers
Requirements:
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users
- Technical project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Experience using GitHub or other version control software
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications
- 9–12 years of previous development experience, preferably in Salesforce
- Experience with banking-domain projects or products preferred but not required
- Willingness to work with teams across the US and India
