Job Description
Toxic Management Analyst governing end-of-life technology assets for Cadmus, a technology solutions company. Validating lifecycle data, analyzing risks, and coordinating remediation across Brazil and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Toxic Asset Management program governing technology assets approaching or reaching End of Support or End of Life
- Define, document, and continuously improve Toxic Asset Management processes, workflows, standards, and training materials
- Execute activities to monitor current and forward-looking toxic assets
- Review, validate, and reconcile lifecycle data across CMDB, ServiceNow, endpoint management, discovery, vulnerability, and approved reporting repositories
- Maintain audit-ready evidence for reported results, findings, and remediation actions
- Investigate reporting inaccuracies, unexpected asset discoveries, trend changes, ownership gaps, duplicate records, stale records, and remediation issues
- Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions and controls
- Coordinate with remediation owners, service owners, risk stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership on ownership, dates, risks, blockers, and follow-up
- Design and maintain service measurements, Critical Success Factors, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready governance reporting
- Improve reporting quality, dashboard design, automation, process compliance, and stakeholder accountability
- Support recurring monthly cycles, governance routines, and leadership reporting using email, SharePoint, service management tools, and Excel
Requirements:
- Experience supporting technology operations, asset management, configuration management, lifecycle management, risk management, compliance, audit support, or related IT governance functions
- Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and trackers
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and communicating findings
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, or equivalent ITSM and asset repositories
- Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with incomplete, inconsistent, or conflicting datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to summarize complex issues for technical, non-technical, and senior leadership audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation
- Ability to drive accountable stakeholder follow-up
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong organization, execution, initiative, negotiation, stress tolerance, customer focus, and collaboration skills
- 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Evidence of delivery in enterprise-scale, regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments
- Exposure to ITSM disciplines including Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management
- Four-year degree in a related field of study, or equivalent work experience
- In lieu of a degree, 3 to 5 years of direct or indirect exposure to relevant ITSM disciplines
- No specific certifications are required
