Job Description
Senior UI Designer creating high-fidelity web and mobile interfaces for Robusta, a digital agency crafting human-centered digital experiences. Developing design systems, prototypes, and pixel-perfect developer handoffs.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling and intuitive UI designs for web and mobile platforms
- Translate UX concepts, user flows, and requirements into high-fidelity interfaces
- Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems
- Apply visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, spacing, and interaction design principles
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions
- Ensure consistency across digital products while following brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and pixel-perfect handoff
- Stay current with UI, visual, interaction, and digital design trends
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design quality and processes
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of professional experience in UI design, visual design, or digital product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work across web and mobile platforms
- Strong expertise in visual design, including typography, color, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition
- Solid understanding of interaction design and ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Proficiency in Figma and UI/prototyping tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience designing and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines
- Experience creating responsive designs across web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of accessibility and UI design best practices
- Ability to translate UX requirements, user flows, and concepts into polished, high-fidelity UI designs
- Strong attention to detail with focus on visual consistency and pixel-perfect execution
- Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency
- Experience working with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/React is a plus
- Experience working in digital products, fintech, or digital agency environments is an advantage
