Job Description
User Experience Designer Sr Consultant developing user interfaces for Allstate digital products. Collaborating on cross-functional teams to ensure user experience standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently produces designs that account for both user and business needs and technical feasibility.
- Design and tailor interactive prototypes—primarily in Figma—to clearly communicate concepts.
- Apply strong information architecture principles to structure content, navigation, and product flows.
- Use human-centered design methods and tools to analyze ambiguous problems and to execute solutions.
- Gains support for difficult decisions and enlists commitment by involving others.
- Independently partners with the development team through implementation of tactical design.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
