Job Description
Senior UX Designer simplifying warehouse workflows for ShipHero, whose software powers receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Designing scanner, mobile, desktop, and hardware-integrated experiences through warehouse research.
Responsibilities:
- Own workflows end-to-end with Product and Engineering, from evaluating necessity through shipping and measuring outcomes
- Visit warehouses to observe workers and use those observations to inform design decisions
- Design dynamic, context-aware flows for scanners, mobile, desktop, and hardware-integrated surfaces
- Advance the design system so it scales across platforms and surfaces
- Use AI tools to improve shipped products and determine where AI is helpful versus obstructive
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering through the design and delivery process
- Participate in customer visits
- Conduct portfolio, problem-solving, and product-and-engineering interview conversations as part of the hiring process
Requirements:
- Based in Buenos Aires
- Valid visa or ESTA to enter the US
- 5+ years designing digital products
- Fluency in Figma
- Portfolio demonstrating simplification of complicated workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Experience integrating AI-driven features
- Ability to work without pixel-perfect specifications and iterate quickly
- Ability to understand complete systems while attending to interface wording
- Comfort with analytics, success metrics, and evidence-based decisions
- Willingness to discard ideas when warehouse-floor evidence contradicts them
- Customer visits are part of the job
