Job Description
Senior Value Engineer driving AI-powered process transformation for public-sector organizations at Celonis, the process mining and intelligence platform leader. Owning value realization, executive workshops, transformation programs, and platform adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer outcome from discovery through realized ROI for assigned process areas
- Craft executive narratives and lead business value workshops
- Cultivate executive sponsorship across core business units
- Co-own change management with customer leaders
- Design Centers of Excellence roadmaps that build customer self-sufficiency
- Steer global transformations across complex workstreams
- Implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management
- Automate executive governance activities including QBRs and SteerCos
- Utilize AI tools for rapid technical outputs and automations
- Partner with Applied Value Engineers on deep-dive solution builds
- Champion Celonis platform adoption
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a strategic platform
- Provide feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle
- Ability to use AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, with limited reliance on manual coding
- Comfortable setting own direction within an account team
- Proven expertise executing process improvements
- Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business-unit transformation programs
- Expertise mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship
- Flawless English and native-level local language communication
- Commanding executive presence
- Deep understanding of financial processes in the public sector domain
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree, or Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
- Active Security Clearance required; Secret or Top Secret preferred
