Job Description
Consultant for Shell Select managing B2B2C retail relationships with franchisees. Driving performance through business consultancy and ensuring operational standards across locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with franchisees through retail consultancy, focused on improving performance within the B2B2C model
- Communicate and implement the benefits of the convenience value proposition for the Shell Select and Shell Café brands
- Ensure proper execution of brand image and operational standards across the stores in your portfolio
- Ensure 100% coverage of stores visited with a 30-day visit recurrence and completion of checklists
- Provide business and retail consultancy guided by store performance data, producing directive and customized action plans and monitoring their execution.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently for work between regions within the state of São Paulo
- Intermediate Excel (proficiency with pivot tables, charts, and functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, etc.)
- Basic financial math (income statement/P&L analysis, calculation of royalties, margin and markup)
- Routine planning and time management
- Sense of urgency
- Strong commercial communication skills (ability to connect and convey the value proposition)
- Owner mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Preferred: experience in food retail channels (FMCG and foodservice)
- Preferred: experience with franchise business models
