Job Description
SHK master craftsman building and running an independent heating, plumbing, and HVAC business in Germany. Serving customers, managing projects, and choosing teams and construction sites.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and run your own heating, plumbing, and HVAC business as the owner
- Serve customers on site
- Plan and execute projects independently
- Make decisions regarding your team and construction sites
- Operate your own business and develop its brand under your own name
Requirements:
- Master craftsman qualification or experienced senior tradesperson (SHK)
- Practical experience
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Motivation to build your own business
- Willingness to establish and run your own SHK business as a self-employed entrepreneur
