Job Description

Social Media Growth Producer scaling Simple Life's AI-driven social content. Designing systems for trends, production, and measurable organic growth across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale Simple's social ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — spanning the main brand, UGC-led accounts, AI creator-led formats, and R&D/experimentation channels.
  • Turn social into a measurable growth channel by driving organic acquisition, funnel contribution, and social-driven revenue — not just reach and engagement.
  • Build and operate a structured content engine: trend discovery → concept → production → publishing → performance analysis → new hypotheses. Run dozens of bets per month, double down on winners, and quickly kill what doesn't work.
  • Lead a lean cross-functional production team — including a designer, motion designer, creator/host, nutrition expert, and external contributors — while owning the production pipeline end-to-end, including budget.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows across research, ideation, scripting, editing, and iteration — enabling the team to ship 5–10x more content without compromising brand quality.
  • Lead viral and trend-driven experimentation in the fitness & nutrition space without putting the core brand at risk — using sub-brand and R&D accounts as testing grounds before scaling winning formats to the main feed.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Science, and Influencer Marketing teams to ensure messaging stays accurate, scientifically grounded, and highly reusable across creators and channels.

Requirements:

  • You think in systems, not posts.
  • You hold yourself to commercial outcomes — followers and reach are inputs, not the goal.
  • You're equal parts brand thinker and performance operator.
  • You move fast, kill what isn't working, and don't get attached to a single format.
  • You're comfortable owning a number, defending it, and reporting against it.
  • You scaled a consumer product's social presence by 1M+ followers across multiple channels — and can talk specifically about the bets that drove it.
  • You moved a social-driven revenue or conversion number meaningfully — 5x, 10x, 30x — and know exactly which content, format, or channel decisions did it.
  • You launched a social channel from zero — bonus if it was a sub-brand, R&D, or experimentation account.
  • Led a small cross-functional creative team (5–10 people, in-house plus external) end-to-end on production, including budget ownership.
  • You built repeatable testing and iteration systems — not just managed a posting calendar.
  • Embedded AI tools (generative video, voice, image, agents, AI creators) into a real production workflow — not just experimented with them on the side.
  • You spent 4+ years operating in Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Producing, or Organic Growth for a consumer product. Global / English-language audience experience strongly preferred.
