Job Description
Arquiteto de Software Sênior definindo arquiteturas escaláveis, seguras e distribuídas para a consultoria digital Verity. Liderando decisões técnicas, modernização, integrações e documentação de soluções para clientes empresariais.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, availability and maintainability.
- Lead architectural decisions and directions, considering technical and business requirements.
- Develop reference architectures, standards, guidelines and development best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks and tools appropriate to the needs of the solutions.
- Define distributed architectures, microservices, APIs and system integrations.
- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks and opportunities for architectural improvement.
- Support development teams with technical decisions and the resolution of complex problems.
- Ensure solutions adhere to the architecture standards and principles defined by the organization.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, DevOps, Security, Product and other stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews and solution evaluations.
- Support modernization initiatives, technological evolution and the reduction of technical debt.
- Produce and maintain architectural documentation and solution diagrams.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Software Architect, working on high-complexity projects.
- Proven experience defining and evolving system architectures.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns and design patterns.
- Experience with integration between systems and diverse technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD and observability.
- Knowledge of application security concepts and architecture.
- Ability to assess technical trade-offs and make architectural decisions.
- Experience in agile environments and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences.
- Strategic, analytical profile with the ability to work autonomously in high-complexity scenarios.
