Job Description
Software Developer Python Specialist at Giga IT leading backend architecture and API integration with deep hands-on experience. Responsibilities include design, code, and team guidance in Python and FastAPI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of the backend, making technical decisions and guiding the team.
- This role requires deep hands-on experience: the candidate must be able to design the architecture, write code, critically review pull requests, and directly resolve complex issues, not just delegate.
- Implement a Python backend for business logic and API integration.
- Design and develop APIs and endpoints using FastAPI.
- Software development
- Consume governed APIs and handle states/errors robustly.
- Integrate authentication/authorization (tokens/session/roles) according to CIAM.
- Create tests (unit and integration) and support this
Requirements:
- Python Knowledge
- Knowledge in APIs
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Knowledge in Next.js
- Knowledge in React.js
- Deseable • TypeScript + React/Next.js.
- SSR/SSG y performance web.
- EDD.
- Redis
- Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent enterprise integration platform.
- Features per sprint with evidence.
- Documented APIs (OpenAPI) and stable contracts.
- Maintainable and correctly tested services.
- Adaptation to change
- Backend authentication: JWT, integration with CIAM (Okta, Azure AD B2C or equivalent), RBAC
- Testing: Fixtures, mocking, unit e integration tests, cobertura.
- Observability: Logging, trace, integration with Cloud Logging and Cloud Trace.
- Operational GCP: Deployment in GCP, IAM, Secret Manager, environment variables.
- Advanced English
