Job Description
Software Engineer II building full-stack SaaS platforms for Suralink, an AI-driven accounting automation company. Developing cloud infrastructure and customer-focused features across the software lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Work with developers, testing engineers, and product managers to ship value to customers
- Work full-stack and deliver small, iterative pieces of value quickly
- Own changes and features across the software development lifecycle
- Build SaaS platforms and supporting infrastructure
- Solve customer problems through close engagement with customers
- Design and implement software across frontend and backend systems
Requirements:
- Deep expertise and experience with open source and cloud technologies
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and continuous learning/experimentation
- Experience collaborating closely across engineering and product
- Experience in NodeJS, TypeScript, React (or other framework) environments
- Experience working in AWS building serverless and managed services, including Lambda, S3, and SQS
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing software following best practices across frontend and/or backend
- Experience or understanding of SOA, microservices, and monolithic architectural styles
- Expertise with storage and caching technologies, scaling, and optimization
- SQL experience; MySQL and PostgreSQL preferred
- Degree in Computer Science required
- Excellent team and communication skills
