Job Description
Software Engineer implementing features to deliver high-quality solutions for DoD applications at VSolvit. Focused on modern frameworks, Agile cycles, and collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities:
- implement features and deliver high-quality solutions for DoD applications
- develop user stories, write associated tests
- support Agile development cycles
- work with modern development frameworks, cloud environments, and DevSecOps pipelines
- adhere to normal working hours and meet deadlines
- communicate regularly with assigned supervisor(s)
- complete other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience in Agile development (Scrum/XP/Lean)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and DevSecOps
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- U.S Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
