Job Description
Arquiteto de Soluções e Negócios acelerando vendas complexas e protegendo receita recorrente da plataforma SaaS RD Station. Criando integrações, provas de conceito e soluções customizadas para clientes.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate the sales cycle and protect RD Station’s recurring revenue
- Technically diagnose complex sales opportunities and ensure solution fit with the customer’s business
- Design process flows and data architectures in Miro
- Develop rapid proof-of-concepts using Make or n8n
- Create agile integrations to address product gaps
- Engage with strategic accounts at risk of cancellation by developing customized solutions
- Support proactive account retention and expansion
- Develop integrations and customized solutions to increase the value delivered to customers
Requirements:
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on sales targets and retention KPIs
- Advanced proficiency with integration tools such as Make, n8n, and MCPs
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation in Miro
- Deep knowledge of API architecture and integration
- Ability to negotiate technical solutions, influence sales through technical authority, and demonstrate business acumen
