Job Description
Sourcer focusing on Manufacturing and Production Engineering Operations at Anduril Industries. Proactively identifying and nurturing top-tier manufacturing talent in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover candidates.
- Initiate and develop relationships with prospective manufacturing talent.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
- Partner with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with operational and product development goals.
- Analyze sourcing metrics to refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting.
- Proven track record of hiring for complex manufacturing or hardware engineering roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using data-driven approaches.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
