Job Description
Remote Sourcing Specialist sourcing physicians and advanced practice providers for Wilderness Medical Staffing. Building provider pipelines and supporting placements in rural and remote communities.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified physicians and advanced practice providers through LinkedIn, professional directories, social media, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
- Build the provider database in the CRM by adding qualified providers and building their profiles
- Contact and engage providers through phone, email, text, and social media
- Transition qualified and interested providers to Recruiters for continued evaluation and placement
- Manage responses to social media marketing
- Manage responses in Website LiveChat and recruiting phone line
- Maintain an accurate and organized provider database, including contact information, credentials, experience, availability, and assignment preferences
- Review and update provider records to ensure information is accurate and current
- Follow up with providers to maintain engagement and update availability and assignment preferences
- Monitor WMS social media platforms and respond to basic provider questions and inquiries
- Route questions requiring additional information to the appropriate WMS team member
- Work closely with Recruiters and Staffing leadership to understand current and future provider needs
- Support recruiting campaigns and initiatives to expand WMS's provider network
- Send provider welcome kits
- Represent Wilderness Medical Staffing professionally and consistently with its mission and values
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, healthcare staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Healthcare staffing or provider recruiting experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently
- Comfortable communicating with physicians and advanced practice providers
- Comfortable using social media, online sourcing platforms, and recruiting technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and databases
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Occasional travel may be required, generally not exceeding 5%
