Job Description

Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent helping clients navigate Medicare programs with a focus on excellent service. Responsibilities include education, enrollment assistance, and compliance with Medicare regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
  • Assist with plan enrollments and transitions between plans.
  • Perform plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid health insurance license.
  • Be able to provide proof of release or intent of release.
  • Maintain current AHIP certification.
  • Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Ability to operate in compliance with federal CMS regulations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
