Job Description
Product Manager at LiveKit managing enterprise customer interactions and needs for voice AI platform. Building product roadmaps and bridging communication between sales and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Be the product expert in the room for sales-cycle customers
- Organize and prioritize customer asks
- Translate customer needs into roadmap

Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management
- Technical depth in infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines
- Strong customer instincts
- Cross-functional influence
- Communication as a superpower
- Comfort with ambiguity
