Job Description

Legion Health psychiatrist providing evidence-based telehealth care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other conditions. Delivering autonomous treatment with strong administrative and clinical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric care through telehealth for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy where appropriate
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care
  • Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices
  • Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews
  • Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care

Requirements:

  • Must be a Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
  • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
  • Active DEA individual practitioner registration is required in the application form
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry is required in the application form
