Job Description
Staff Software Engineer at Avra, shaping technical architecture and leading an engineering team. Collaborating with leadership to drive scalable AI-powered solutions in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-stack platform architecture
- Work with founders to establish organizational standards
- Manage complex components in multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP)
- Serve as the technical liaison between data and product teams
- Implement CI/CD and define testing strategies
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers
Requirements:
- 8+ years in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (React)
- Knowledge of back-end technologies (Go, Python, Rust)
- Experience with complex technical projects
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments
