Job Description
Consultor(a) de Desenvolvimento de Lojas (CDL) impulsionando a expansão de lojas em parceria com áreas comerciais. Foco em viabilidade econômica e execução do plano estratégico.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the store expansion pipeline for the COSE region;
- Work in partnership with CDRs and commercial teams, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan;
- Conduct economic feasibility analyses for store opening projects;
- Prepare and present studies for approval by investment committees;
- Monitor the store opening timeline;
- Lead weekly pipeline meetings with stakeholders;
- Serve as the link between departments (commercial, operations, and expansion), ensuring smooth execution;
- Contribute to portfolio development and the expansion of the store network;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (mandatory);
- Willingness to travel;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting;
- Preferred: understanding of economic/financial feasibility;
- Preferred: experience in the fuel, retail, or franchise sectors.
