Job Description

Strategic Growth Manager expanding Truist Premium Finance relationships and loan volume. Managing agency partnerships, sales growth, profitability, and territory strategy across Virginia and the Carolinas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing agency relationships within the small and middle-market segments
  • Cultivate client partnerships, retain business, and expand premium finance loan volume
  • Educate agency clients on products, systems, and processes
  • Deliver exceptional service and support
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends within the assigned territory to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to support client needs and operational objectives
  • Represent the organization at industry events
  • Promote Premium Finance solutions to strengthen brand awareness and drive new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain profitable business through sales calls on insurance agents, brokers, insurance companies, and general agencies
  • Manage assigned territory independently
  • Analyze insurance trends, competitive environments, and monthly reports
  • Ensure revenue goals are met by analyzing relationship profitability
  • Communicate with marketing and operational staff
  • Use Salesforce.com to record sales activity and create follow-up activities
  • Develop pricing proposals and submit them to management for approval

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
  • Ability to interpret financial data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
  • Required English language fluency
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
