Job Description
Technology Systems Support Analyst maintaining EHR, CRM, and scheduling platforms for Cityblock Health. Supporting health-tech integrations, troubleshooting systems, and optimizing operational workflows for underserved communities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for the EHR, CRM, scheduling platform, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaboratively with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams
- Support implementation of new tools and platforms with existing systems to enhance workflows and data connectivity
- Optimize system configurations to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Provide strategic recommendations to vendor relationship managers for system enhancements and future technology investments
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations
Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience
- Deep understanding of health tech systems, integrations, and challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience supporting EHR, CRM, scheduling, and other technology systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Ability to support system integrations and data connectivity
- Ability to optimize system configurations
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes, integrations, and configurations
- Ability to collaborate with Product, Clinical, Reporting, Data Platform, and external vendor teams
