Job Description

Strategy & Operations Associate coordinating Anthropic and AWS partnership operations. Supporting process documentation, reporting, communications, and initiatives at Provectus, an applied AI consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and improve internal workflows and handoffs across teams
  • Track key action items, SLAs, and deadlines for partner-related initiatives
  • Coordinate repeatable processes including event preparation, internal enablement, and reporting
  • Collect updates, metrics, and reports from internal stakeholders
  • Organize messy inputs into clear summaries or formatted partner reports
  • Maintain accurate records in Anthropic, Amazon Partner Network, and Google Drive systems
  • Draft internal briefs, updates, and recaps
  • Support weekly syncs and meeting follow-ups
  • Convert internal intelligence into partner-ready formats
  • Operationalize new ideas, including marketing pilots and Anthropic- and AWS-funded initiatives
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and cross-team responsibilities
  • Proactively flag and help resolve issues when initiatives go off track

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • A self-starter attitude — someone who’s proactive and not afraid to reach out
  • Personal AI adoption — uses AI tools (Claude is preferable), not just aware of them
  • Enjoys structure, documentation, and finding clarity in complexity
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and other collaboration tools
  • Some experience with CRMs, project tracking tools, or systems like Salesforce/HubSpot is a plus
  • A general interest in tech, cloud, or marketing/partnerships is great, but not required
  • Early-career profile and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently while communicating frequently
  • Strong attention to detail and persistence

Benefits:

  • Remote-friendly culture
  • High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership
  • B2B contract model
  • PTO policy
  • Paid local public holidays
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • Budget for educational opportunities and Anthropic certifications
