Job Description
AI team-management course SME shaping Ziplines Education’s certificate content for working professionals. Recording practical lessons on AI adoption, supervision, team norms, and rollout planning.
Responsibilities:
- Help create compelling, relevant, industry-aligned AI Team Management course content
- Shape the AI Team Management curriculum and ensure topical coverage, scenarios, videos, and applied skills are relevant and industry-aligned
- Collaborate with the Learning Experience Design team to develop on-demand content and the hands-on Playbook project
- Provide input and review on the live session agenda
- Record authentic, engaging videos illustrating AI leadership concepts and use of technologies and tools
- Inspire learners, build confidence, and help them adopt and integrate AI into leadership practice
- Optimize learner engagement, retention, and success
- Participate in a kickoff meeting, outline review, and schedule clarification
- Attend 1–2 working sessions per week during weeks 2–5 to map lessons, exercises, and video content
- Work in parallel with the learning designer to develop content and detailed video outlines
- Record and upload videos in week 6
- Review the module and provide feedback in week 7
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of team management experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in AI adoption
- Deep understanding, clear point of view, and relevant experience with best practices for AI adoption and management in teams
- Passion for learning and helping others grow, with a focus on career advancement and skill-building
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with learners from diverse professional backgrounds
- Strong point of view on skills and knowledge needed by people new to the field
- Ability to explain concepts accessibly and clarify the “why”
- Ability to be genuine and engaging on video
- Resume submitted as a PDF
- Required sample video of at least 1–2 minutes or longer
- Must submit application through the job board
- Must answer application questions about team-management experience, AI trends, AI technologies, and AI adoption
- Employment-based visa sponsorship question required in the application
