Job Description

Consultant with deep expertise in U.S. Subrogation developing client relationships and business opportunities. Working flexibly in a remote environment with an international team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the U.S. subrogation market
  • Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and conversion
  • Leverage existing industry network to create new client opportunities
  • Advise on subrogation workflows, compliance, and operational best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in U.S. subrogation (insurance, healthcare, or related sectors) is Mandatory
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales
  • Strong network within the U.S. subrogation or insurance ecosystem
  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting / per diem capacity
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
