Job Description
Consultant with deep expertise in U.S. Subrogation developing client relationships and business opportunities. Working flexibly in a remote environment with an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the U.S. subrogation market
- Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and conversion
- Leverage existing industry network to create new client opportunities
- Advise on subrogation workflows, compliance, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Provide market intelligence and insights to support growth strategy
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in U.S. subrogation (insurance, healthcare, or related sectors) is Mandatory
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales
- Strong network within the U.S. subrogation or insurance ecosystem
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a consulting / per diem capacity
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
