Job Description
Senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant implementing Employee Central Time and Time and Attendance systems. Configuring integrations, leading testing, training clients, and supporting deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Drive solutioning, configuration, and rollout of SuccessFactors for clients
- Meet with clients to determine business and system requirements and define project scope
- Liaise with staff at all levels of client organizations
- Present solutions in written or oral reports
- Support business development and maintain contact with client organizations where appropriate
- Analyze client requirements and provide independent, relevant, and objective product-use advice
- Develop client solutions and implement new systems; design, test, configure, and monitor systems
- Identify training needs and organize training for users and team members
- Execute training and educate clients on proper functionality use
- Prepare documentation and training aides; present and conduct training
- Prepare and lead user acceptance testing related to system design
- Prepare documentation and present progress reports to clients and management
- Manage multiple tasks and project assignments, often for multiple clients
- Meet deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes
- Understand upstream and downstream impacts, including technical and functional integration requirements
- Assist with pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, oral presentation support, functionality demonstrations, and client discussions about functionality capabilities and system design
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on implementation experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and SAP SuccessFactors Time and Attendance
- Ability to guide and direct internal teams and clients to deploy SuccessFactors solutions
- Ability to document business processes and configure systems
- Knowledge of integrating with Payroll
- Extensive knowledge of Time
- Extensive experience setting up Time Evaluation, Time Types, Time Rules, Time Workflows, and Time Off
- Extensive experience integrating with Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central
- SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Certifications required
- Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification
- Current SAP SuccessFactors Time and Attendance certification
- Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Must provide CREDLY certifications with the application
- Problem analysis and resolution at strategic and functional levels
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different disciplines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop unique solutions, take initiative, overcome obstacles, and exceed client expectations
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects
- Minimum five (5) years of consulting experience at a similar organization and interfacing with clients
- Minimum of three (3) end-to-end Time Implementations
