Job Description
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Sage Intacct users at Accordant Managed Services. Collaborate with internal teams and deliver remote training for effective module use.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for core Sage Intacct modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Purchasing.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration errors, workflow disruptions, and other break/fix issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group training on Sage Intacct workflows, best practices, and system navigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base articles and training resources.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or additional user training.
- Stay current on Sage Intacct updates and release changes that impact system support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sage Intacct, ideally in a support or consulting capacity
- Strong grasp of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve client concerns effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Experience facilitating remote training sessions and developing user-facing documentation
- Familiarity with industry-specific use cases in construction, real estate, or the nonprofit sector (preferred but not required)
