Job Description
Remote donation processor handling inbound calls and pledges for nonprofit fundraising campaigns. Documenting donor information and processing contributions accurately from home.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist inbound donors
- Follow campaign-approved scripts
- Enter donation and pledge details accurately
- Confirm important donor information
- Answer appropriate process-related questions
- Navigate multiple applications during calls
- Protect confidential information
- Follow compliance and quality requirements
- Maintain dependable attendance during accepted servicing intervals
- Process donations and pledges for established nonprofit fundraising campaigns
- Answer strictly inbound donor calls without cold calling, outbound dialing, prospecting, solicitation, or product selling
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Six or more months of remote customer-service experience or at least one year of onsite experience
- A professional and welcoming phone presence
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Accurate typing and data-entry abilities
- Comfort following scripts and structured processes
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace
- Windows 11 computer
- Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
- Noise-canceling USB headset
- Wired high-speed internet
- Direct Ethernet connection
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Certification required before servicing
- Must honor selected servicing intervals
- Continued access depends on attendance, professionalism, quality, and performance
