Job Description
Qualtrics Survey Programmer building complex surveys and integrations for Escalent, a data analytics and advisory firm. Managing programming, fieldwork, and survey data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client/project context and survey requirements
- Program error-free surveys in a timely manner
- Manage survey programming projects and workstreams independently
- Provide feasible solutions for surveys
- Provide regular updates to project teams on survey programming and fieldwork
- Program complex surveys and customize aesthetics on the Qualtrics survey-building platform
- Explore and use additional Qualtrics platform features beyond survey programming
- Use other survey programming platforms such as Decipher and ConfirmIT
- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other scripting languages to build unavailable functionalities
- Perform post-processing of survey data
- Manage fieldwork by setting quotas, creating survey URLs, and providing data downloads
- Work with technologies such as MS Excel and SPSS to provide project solutions
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programming surveys, with the majority of experience in Qualtrics
- Decipher and Confirmit experience is good to have
- Experience integrating Qualtrics with other tools such as Oracle using API and JSON, and ability to handle such projects independently
- Strong analytical aptitude, problem solving, and logical reasoning
- Effective communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
- Open to work in EST Shift
