Job Description
Qualtrics Survey Programmer building complex surveys and integrations for Escalent, a data analytics and advisory firm. Managing survey programming, fieldwork, quotas, URLs, and data downloads.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client/project context and survey requirements
- Program error-free surveys in a timely manner
- Manage survey programming projects and workstreams independently
- Provide feasible solutions for surveys
- Provide regular updates to project teams on survey programming and fieldwork
- Program complex surveys and customize aesthetics on the Qualtrics survey-building platform
- Explore and learn additional Qualtrics platform features beyond survey programming
- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and other scripting languages to build unavailable functionalities
- Manage fieldwork by setting quotas, creating survey URLs, and providing data downloads
- Work with MS Excel, SPSS, and other technologies to provide project solutions
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programming surveys, with the majority of experience in Qualtrics
- Decipher and Confirmit experience is good to have
- Must have worked on integration of Qualtrics with other tools like Oracle and others, using API and JSON, and be able to handle such projects independently
- Strong analytical aptitude, including problem solving and logical reasoning
- Effective communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
- Open to work in EST Shift
