Job Description
System Engineer at FlexGen creating technical requirements for energy storage. Managing engineering services and integration of equipment for project development.
Responsibilities:
- Create technical requirements and specifications for energy storage projects
- Manage vendor specifications and qualification
- Drive engineering service on energy storage system modeling and development
- Integrate battery, PCS, and other equipment in ESS system
- Lead project design, execution, and commissioning
Requirements:
- Minimum of BS degree in engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of six (6) years of work experience as an engineer or technical project manager
- Full project life cycle experience from design to service
- Experience with renewable energy (solar, wind, and battery)
- Understand energy storage system modeling
- Understand three phase power system principles
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in formal and informal settings
