Job Description
Especialista SAP sustentando módulos MM/SD e processos fiscais e financeiros da farmacêutica Libbs. Condução de incidentes, integrações e evolução em ECC e S/4HANA.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an SAP Specialist and technical reference for critical tax, fiscal, accounting, and financial processes, including master data, billing invoices, purchase orders, and financial configuration in procurement.
- Lead incidents, changes, and system enhancements affecting operational continuity, including cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, Tax Reform, billing and accounting closings, Outbound GRC, DRC, TAXBRJ, and TAXBRA in ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Ensure the operational continuity of SAP systems used in critical processes by resolving complex incidents independently, promptly, and with appropriate priority.
- Monitor, analyze, and propose improvements to SAP processes and solutions, identifying root causes, operational risks, and opportunities for technological advancement.
- Serve as a reference for the SAP MM and SD modules, considering tax, fiscal, accounting, and financial impacts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex scenarios involving billing, indirect taxes, master data, fiscal integrations, material movements, and their accounting and financial implications.
- Support and enhance tax, fiscal, accounting, and financial closing processes, ancillary tax obligations, integrations with satellite systems, and tax solutions.
- Manage incidents, requests, changes, and improvements together with business areas, interface teams, vendors, and specialized consulting firms.
- Work with external consulting firms, including environments supported by Rimini, ensuring technical alignment, governance, quality, and knowledge transfer.
- Work across DEV, QAS, and PRD environments in compliance with change management processes, governance, compliance requirements, and IT best practices.
- Track incident, recurrence, and root-cause metrics, proposing actions to reduce risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to documentation, process standardization, technical decisions, and the strengthening of the internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with a focus on Systems, or a related field.
- Solid experience as an SAP Specialist, SAP Consultant, or in an equivalent position within highly critical corporate environments, with direct involvement in support, projects, complex incidents, and solution enhancements.
- Practical expertise in the SAP MM and SD modules, particularly billing, indirect taxes, master data, procurement, material movements, fiscal integration, and accounting and financial impacts.
- Strong understanding of FI/CO processes to assess the accounting, financial, and controlling implications associated with logistics, fiscal, and commercial processes.
- Solid experience with tax, fiscal, accounting, and financial processes, with the ability to understand end-to-end impacts and propose sustainable business solutions.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly address, the challenges of Tax Reform, considering regulatory, fiscal, system, and operational impacts during a long-term transition period.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes, propose solutions, prioritize critical issues, and independently lead resolutions with minimal direction.
- Experience with SAP ECC, along with an understanding of the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the impacts of process simplification and adaptation.
- Experience with SAP integrations and satellite systems, including fiscal interfaces, calculation engines, regulatory solutions, and tools supporting tax, financial, fiscal, and accounting processes.
- Ability to operate in high-volume transaction environments with regulatory requirements, a strong need for operational continuity, and exposure to critical business processes.
- Solid experience analyzing and resolving complex scenarios involving taxes, billing, tax assessment, integrations between modules, and their fiscal, accounting, and financial implications.
- Demonstrated experience with the SAP MM, SAP SD, and FI/CO modules.
- Preferred: experience with Taxbrj, Taxbra, GRC, DRC, or tax and accounting engines.
- Preferred: experience with or familiarity with the Rimini support model.
- Preferred: experience with or familiarity with artificial intelligence.
