Job Description
Fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner managing full-cycle recruiting for Axonius, a cybersecurity asset-intelligence company. Sourcing corporate and technical talent across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles, from sourcing and screening through offer support and onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain clear communication
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Engage passive candidates across multiple channels
- Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from first contact through close
- Follow established talent acquisition processes and tools, including Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS
- Flag opportunities for process improvement
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS data
- Share pipeline updates with hiring managers and TA leads
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance on headcount planning and offer execution
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring across corporate functions and/or technical roles in North America
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates across multiple channels
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar
- Clear, organized communication and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Experience recruiting within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software companies (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and modern sourcing technologies (preferred)
- Familiarity with hiring in EMEA and/or LatAm (preferred)
