Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist joining Nagarro to manage the recruitment cycle and enhance employer branding. Identifying and hiring key technical and non-technical roles for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective hiring strategies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent, and engaging communication.
- Keep data accurate and up to date in our Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements:
- Previous 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the tech industry.
- Strong sourcing skills, comfortable using multiple channels and creative approaches to find the right talent.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions through data and insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in people and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
