Job Description
Consultor de Talent implementando e sustentando módulos de gestão de talentos em plataforma de RH. Configuração de PMGM, S&D, CDP e Variable Pay.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects involving the implementation, configuration, and support of talent management solutions on an HR platform
- Work with Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Implement and support Succession & Development (S&D) processes
- Configure and provide support for Career Development Planning (CDP)
- Work with Variable Pay processes
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements with business stakeholders
- Support the evolution, improvement, and optimization of talent management processes
Requirements:
- Experience with Talent Management projects
- Practical knowledge of the PMGM, S&D, CDP, and Variable Pay modules
- Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on implementation and support projects
- Fluent English
