Job Description
Talent Partner at Albert building and scaling the talent acquisition function. Focused on enhancing the candidate experience and driving compliance and fairness in hiring practices.
Responsibilities:
- Build Talent Experience: Own the full candidate journey — communications, interview process, offer experience.
- Infrastructure: Configure ATS workflows, build sourcing frameworks, and establish data and reporting.
- Tools, Automation & AI: Identify, deploy, and manage the tools that remove friction in recruiting.
- Source Outbound Recruiting: Lead deep outbound sourcing for AI engineers, software architects, and product managers.
- Compliance & Fairness: Develop and maintain structured interview frameworks and hiring guidelines.
- Partner Executive & Hiring Manager Partnership: Consult on role and process design and enable structured interview practices.
- Global TA Ecosystem: Build and coordinate the broader talent acquisition infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical roles — AI engineering, software architecture, product management, and design.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving a recruiting function, not just executing within one.
- Hands-on use of AI tools, ATS automation, or recruiting technology to solve real problems.
- Startup or high-growth company experience — comfortable creating structure where none exists.
- Global recruiting exposure with strong US market knowledge.
- Experience working with and influencing senior executives who move fast.
- Strong communication across candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- A track record of closing — not just sourcing but persuading the right people to say yes.
